Job Description & Overview

CG Brewery produces leading beverage and beer brands (Nepal Tiger, Iceberg, Real Gold). We are seeking a Brewing Process Engineer for our state-of-the-art automated brewery plant in Nawalparasi to oversee mashing, wort boiling, yeast propagation, and fermentation cycles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor SCADA-controlled brewing kettles, lauter tuns, and automated CIP sanitization cycles.
• Regulate temperature, dissolved oxygen, and specific gravity during primary fermentation.
• Ensure batch-to-batch organoleptic consistency and microbial stability.
• Collaborate with packaging plant engineers for sterile filtration and bottling operations.
