Candidate registration and vacancy applications on this platform are completely free of charge. Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date educational credentials, experience details, and contact numbers. Creating fraudulent identities or submitting abusive content is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.
Employers posting vacancies must be legitimate registered businesses, enterprises, or institutions operating legally in Nepal. Employers agree that:
All platform branding, custom vector logos, visual interfaces, graphics, training curricula, and source code are the intellectual property of Job Solution Nepal. Unauthorized scraping, replication, or distribution without prior consent is prohibited.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising in connection with the portal or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
