Job Description & Overview

Manage and support a fleet of 50+ two-wheeler delivery associates across Kathmandu Valley. Monitor on-road safety compliance, parcel delivery SLAs, and cash reconciliation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 2+ years field experience in courier or on-demand delivery logistics.
• Valid motorcycle driving license and strong geographic knowledge of Kathmandu.
• High problem-solving ability during peak traffic hours.
