Job Description & Overview

Coordinate daily parcel dispatch schedules, monitor rider app synchronization, assign delivery routes across Kathmandu Valley, and ensure first-attempt delivery rate exceeds 95%.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 1-2 years experience in dispatch coordination, e-commerce fulfillment, or fleet management.
• Detailed knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes, shortcuts, and delivery zones.
• Ability to handle high-pressure peak volumes calmly and methodically.
