Job Description & Overview

Daraz Express (DEX) is hiring a Hub Operations Supervisor for our Patan distribution center. You will oversee daily inbound parcel sorting, DEX rider route assignments, last-mile dispatch accuracy, and Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• 2+ years experience in logistics, warehouse sorting, or courier distribution.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise a fleet of 30+ delivery riders.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, barcode scanner operations, and inventory reconciliation.
• Valid driving license and familiarity with Lalitpur road networks.
