Job Description & Overview

CG Net provides blazing high-speed optical fiber internet across Nepal. We are hiring a Senior NOC Engineer for our 24/7 central transmission headquarters in Sanepa to oversee core GPON network stability, BGP upstream routing, and optical ring resilience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor core routing infrastructure (Cisco/Huawei OLT, BNG, Core Routers, CGNAT) via NMS dashboards.
• Analyze fiber optical power levels, PON port saturations, and mitigate upstream packet drops.
• Coordinate with Tier-1 international upstream transit providers and regional fiber backbones during fiber cuts.
• Provide Level-3 escalation technical support to field engineering teams.
