Manage returned packages from customers, conduct quality checks against seller return policies, and facilitate prompt dispatch of verified returns back to sellers.

Provide timely assistance to marketplace sellers on Daraz Seller Center. Answer questions regarding inventory uploading, promotions, order cancellations, and payout schedules.

Identify, contact, and guide emerging Nepali manufacturers, wholesalers, and retail brands to register and launch their shops on the Daraz seller marketplace. Provide training on catalog listing and promotional campaigns.
