Job Description & Overview

Join the manufacturing engineering team at CG Industrial Park, Nawalparasi. The Production Shift Engineer will supervise continuous automated high-speed noodle processing plants, optimize machine throughput, minimize line downtime, and enforce industrial safety protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise operational shifts across automated mixing, sheeting, steaming, frying, and packaging machinery.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with plant electromechanical engineering teams.
• Minimize raw material wastage and uphold production cycle output targets.
• Lead root-cause failure analysis (RCFA) for line breakdowns.
